My aim when creating your stationery is to make the whole process as easy as possible for you. I ask lots of questions initially so I can get a good idea of what you are after and then you can just leave it up to me. You can have as much or as little input as you like. I have given you an idea of the order process below but if you have any questions get in touch.
I always like to carry out a consultation with you so I can fully understand what you are looking for. This can be in person at my office in Ipswich or if you are further afield we can arrange a telephone call or have a chat via email.
Once I have a better understanding of what you are after I will then put together your quote. Every item gets listed individually on the quote so you can see exactly how much everything is costing. You can change the quote in any way, picking and choosing the items you would like to order.
Once you are happy with the quote and would like to proceed I will invoice you for a 50% deposit.
Once your deposit has been paid and is showing in my account I will get started on your proofs. You proofs get tweaked as much as need be until you are completely happy with them and are ready to go to print. I will proof in stages – so save the dates first, then invitations later and finally on the day items.
When you are completely happy with your proofs I will ask you to confirm that you are ready to print and I will then get your stationery checked, prepped and sent to print. I will give you a completion date and arrange with you to either collect or for delivery to you.
PROOFING – AGAIN
I will be in touch with you for the details for your next set of proofs – this will either be your invitations or your on the day items. The proofing process starts again as detailed above until you are happy to print. If you are ordering save the dates, invitations and on the day items we will go through the proofing process a third time.
FINAL AMOUNT INVOICED – YOUR ORDER IS COMPLETE!
Once your final items are ready to send to print I will invoice you for the final amount of your invoice. This final amount often changes in cost to your deposit as things change along the way – you may need more or less place cards for example.
When your final invoice is paid and you have received your final stationery then your order is complete! All that remains is to wish you a wonderful wedding day.
