Jen and Mark

Jen and Mark weren’t certain how they wanted their stationery to look and were very open to ideas. They knew that would like black and white photographs of roses incorporated somehow but that was it! As we chatted about their wedding day (including Jen’s horse coming to the church for photos!) they flicked through our existing designs picking out aspects that they liked. For example they liked the font of our Evie design and the border and monogram of one of our Amber designs. We then decided that a series of three bordered roses with their monogrammed initials and the date of their wedding would create a simple yet striking design. As Jen and Mark wanted to keep everything simple and elegant and because the roses were such a main feature in the design we decided against having any kind of embellishment on the stationery. So I went to the florist, grabbed my camera and as the sun streamed into our office one afternoon we captured the roses in all their glory. Nearer the date of the wedding we then carried the design over to their order of service booklets. Again for the wedding breakfast to keep things understated and quite classic looking we provided them with black top hat favours for the men and white handbag favours with a trio of diamantes on them for the ladies.
