A Little Link Love | Wedding Suppliers

I love recommending fab suppliers to my couples that I just know they’ll love and will form a great relationship with throughout their planning. So today I thought I’d spread the love a little further and share the details of some of my wonderful fellow suppliers.

Wedding Planners

Caroline Gould Weddings  – I’ve worked with Caroline on quite a few styled shoots and other projects now and know she loves a list as much as me! So you can completely rely on her to be throughly organised and on the ball for your wedding

Wedding For You By Marie – I worked with Marie on one of my biggest weddings earlier this year and seeing her at work I could completely see why you need a wedding planner to help oversee your big day. She will take care of all the little things that everyone else will forget to do as well as the big things.

There are so many wedding photographers available it can be hard to choose – my advice? Put a big chunk of your budget towards your photography as this will be a lifelong keepsake of your big day.

Ross Dean Photography – Ross is passionate about photography and making you look your best. His style is modern, clean and crisp and often reminds me of the photography you see in magazines!

Sara Thomas Photography – Sara’s style is rustic and relaxed. If you are having your wedding in a beautiful barn Sara is the one who is going to find all those fantastic shots of your day.

Cake Designers

Amelie’s Kitchen – I am always blown away by the creativity and beauty of Helen’s work. As a fellow graphic designer I always know she will create a design that is unique, modern and simply gorgeous!

Vanilla Cake Design  – If you’re not keen on traditional sponge or fruit cake then Michelle is the lady for you. She creates stunning chocolate designs that are almost sculpture like. If you are partial to a bit of sponge cake though make sure you try her lemon sponge – it is to die for!

Myrtle & Mint – I love seeing what these ladies have come up with when I see them at wedding shows. I always think of their style as being whimsical, opulent and having a soft country garden feel to it.

Jade’s Flower Design – These florists have to be one of the most innovative I know. You want flowers hanging from your ceiling? They can do it. You want floral centrepieces that look like martini glasses? No problem for them!

Wedding Music

Dreamwave Events – Not only do Dave and Paul provide fantastic music that will get everyone on the dance floor they can also provide music for your welcome drinks/cocktail hour as well as gorgeous lighting to complement your venue.

The Testosta Tones – This Doo-Wop acapella group are the perfect choice if you’re looking for something a little different. Covering older and more modern music they will definitely create a lasting impression with your guests.

I’ve either worked with these suppliers or have seen them in action so know how great they and their work are. They are all super friendly too so don’t hesitate to get in touch with them to chat about your big day.
